We talked about our Singtel’s Home Without Wall scrapbook earlier. Our memories are now printed into a hardcopy scrapbook

Mummy has done all the hardwork to compile our memories into our scrapbook.

Kids cannot contain their excitement over their own photos

The small ones will be wondering why they “miss out” certain events?
Why Daddy never take photos for them.

Daddy told Yi and Xin they have not been born yet, silly :p

To cut a long story short :
1. We engage a story-writer to draft our growing up story
2. We select the photos, shortlist, and select more photos again. Too many to choose
3. Mummy paste the photos according to our themes in Step 1.

Singtel’s “Home without Walls” scrapbook

Singtel’s Home Without Wall contest ended in Aug. The photo contest’s objective was to showcase families bonding together, Danny Santos II took some beautiful photos of our family back in May

To continue to bring families closer, Singtel just launch an online scrapbook. We will be adding SengkangBabies‘ timeline soon, just like a digital album (montage).

The themes for this Scrapbook Contest are:
i. Father figure
ii. Grand for a reason
iii. Just kidding
iv. Mum’s the word

Participants must submit entries that represent or capture family moments based on the above themes.

To encourage more families to share their memories, the Top Ten scrapbooks will get their memories printed

Are you ready to design your Family album ?
1. Start from this page –> http://www.homewithoutwalls.com/scrapbook
2. You will need to add this app to your Facebook account.

3. Before you do anything, we recommend you to click “How to use” for tips first.

4. Choose your Cover (Theme), add your photos.

5. Pick and drag a template (Page Layout) to decide how the photos will be framed.
(every page can have a different template).

6. Simply Drag the photos into the page layout. Drag the stickers to customise your page.

** If you are lost by now, maybe you should go back to Step 3

7. Remember to save your scrapbook (Click QUIT), so that you can carry on later.
Photo selection is very time consuming, but Singtel gives you up to 44 pages for your scrapbook

8. In case you need creative inspirations, do pop by other scrapbook submissions, otherwise, you can always click on (EDIT your Scrapbook).

9. Once you are happy with your family scrapbook, (Click DONE) to summit.
The top Ten scrapbooks will get a free hardcopy printout

10. ** Dateline for scrapbook submission is 23Oct

Tips :
For a better experience, ask the kids to help you select the photos. It will be a trip down memory lane for everyone. Kids will be asking questions like :

Singtel F1 roadshow – SengkangBabies pit crew

F1 night race is coming to Singapore again 21-23Sep. We would like our fans to know about Singapore’s latest F1 crew, Team SengkangBabies :p

Last Sun, Daddy brought the kids to Jurong for a Singtel-F1 roadshow. The highlight of the show is the electric kart. We heard the fastest three timings over the weekend would get a pair of F1 tickets. Alas, we are neither Fast nor Furious

But we did have so much Fun, dressing up, cruising along. Redbull might consider signing our kids up for their youth league.

Wei has a lot of hands-on on Wii’s Mario Kart, and he look competent. Look at him manoeuvre his kart around the apex. Did you know when Daddy play Wii with Wei and Kang, he always end up third?

Fringe activities at the roadshow includes modeling, and dog walk (the doggie belong to another participant)

Kang is still not tall enough for the kart. Maybe next year. We hope F1 night race will still be running after 2014.

If all goes well and we secure the contract, our team will be supplying the crew for Singtel’s F1 night race. The whole package will include :
- Driver
- Pitcrew

We sweeten the deal by adding Xin as Singtel Grid little-girl. (Daddy is daydreaming about F1 fame haha)
