RedRing Chicken cutlet is their signature dish, and our favourite dish.
It looks humble but taste extraordinary! From the website, we understand that all cutlets are marinated for 24 hours with a special ingredient.
We know kids enjoy their pork and chicken cutlets, because we polished off every piece of morsel off the plates!
Pork cutlet anyone? Every cutlet can be served with rice and noodles. We would strongly recommend the “special” noodles (a bit spicy). The special sauce really brings out the flavour of the whole dish.
All the fried dishes are not too oily and very tantalising. Crispy outside but succulent inside. Do try the side dishes too, we love Fu Pi Dumplings.
RedRing Squid cutlet was the surprise dish for us, we understand the squid is battered and deep fried for only 2 minutes before serving.
We could still taste the chewiness and crunchiness. It comes with a plate of salted egg sauce to increase the oomph factor π
Price is very reasonable (between $6 to $8 for single portion), and there are huge platters for up to 4 person too.
