Happy Mother’s Day

It will be Mother’s Day in another hour, the kids just wish to shout “We love you Mummy!”

Thanks for coaching us in our exams, we hate cramping for studies but we guess that is part and parcel of Singapore’s lifestyle 🙂
Mother's Day celebration

Be it real or bluff rose, we wish to show our appreciation. Thank you for taking care of us and showering us with Love, even when we always argue with you.

Teachers are kept busy teaching kids about love-notes and lovely handicrafts.

Seletar Hills coffeeshop

Seletar Hills is a quaint neighbourhood, and there is a “Seletar corner” coffeeshop.
We were there for some ballet accessories, and noticed that this coffeeshop is quite popular.

Although the coffeeshop is small, there are two stalls worth visiting.

First, the wanton noodle (云吞面) has a old school feeling (古早味). The noodle is very chewy and Char Siew crisp (not too much fat), very appetising. A pity the normal portion is too small (upsize!), and please go easy on the potent chilli! (rated 4/5)
Wanton noodle, 云吞面, Seletar Hills noodle

Our Roti prata took 10 minutes to reach us, it looks very normal and plain (pun not intended). But one bite into the crispy crust and you know this prata rocks.

It is served piping hot and with every bite, you can hear the crunch. Dip the prata into the gravy for additional oomph (rated 3.5/5)

recommend Roti Prata

We will definitely head back to Seletar Corner for our wanton noodle fix.

Do take note parking space is very limited around Seletar Hills (实里达).
