Boon Xin Birthday 🙂
In the blink of our eye, Boon Xin is now 8 years old.
Her bob hair and cute antics seems like just yesterday…
Friends big and small joined us to celebrate Ah Xin’s Birthday 🙂
A Simple Buffet, friendship, party time.
Tsum Tsum got us excited.
Thank you for the super cute Tsum Tsum cake, River Ash Bakery (Facebook). Pop by their website for more creative cakes and cupcakes, Unicorns, Frozen and Pororo and Gudetama 🙂
Both kids and adults find the cute cartoons toys irresistible haha 🙂
Sing a song, cut a cake, yummy 🙂
Our girl had a great time. Boon Xin, may you have many more Happy Returns 🙂
Empty bowls at Face to Face Noodle House. Our kids can be picky eaters, but they finished every last piece of morsel at this restaurant.
For the record, we seldom share empty bowls during our reviews.
But nothing makes parents more happy then kids enjoying their meals!
Order your noodles at the counter. The menu is actually quite limited, less than 10 main dishes. But we heard all are good.
Face to Face Noodle House is from Malaysia, and they are known as 面对面 too.
To quote from Face to Face Noodle House “With a noodle recipe boasting over 100 years of heritage, 30 outlets in Malaysia, and more than 2 million bowls served each year, Face to Face Noodle House is known for its authentic Sarawak noodles”.
The mince pork and noodle messed well together with the other ingredients to give a favourable texture.
CREATIONS PORK PAN MEE
This traditional Sarawak Kolo Mee is always my favourite. Just cannot resist the mee-kia look alike, so delectable. The char siew 🙂
TRADITIONAL SARAWAK KOLO MEE
The noodle portions are more than enough for one person 🙂
Pan mian (4) and anchovies anyone?
Smashed the “onsen” egg and mix well, this was a first for us and we love it.
CHILLI PAN MEE
Our table was full of delicious noodles. Dry, Soup, Chili, we were hungry. When we were there, we noticed the restaurant is popular with families too.
In fact, Face to Face Noodle House sometimes cater to kids with special non-spicy kids meal (example Month of May and Mother’s Day).
For the Month of June, a child (under 7 years old) eats free with every paying adult Yeah!
If kids have a choice, they might only extra oh-so-good side dishes :p
We are not kidding, our favourite side dishes are the Bacon Cheese Balls and the Stuffed Cheese Scallops 🙂
Thank you for the invite, Face to Face Noodle House. Our family will be backed for more noodles (and side dishes!). More details and promotions on their Website and Facebook .
