KL Good food

We got three food joints to recommend for KL Kuala Lumpur (ε‰ιš†ε‘). There must be more, but we only got a short 3D2N itinerary. We blog about Jalan Alor earlier πŸ™‚

Happy hours. Siblings, colleagues and friends, everyone can enjoy a cuppa and relaxing afternoon πŸ™‚

Lunch at Lot 10 εε·θƒ‘εŒ (No 10), next to Bukit Bintang monorail station.
Lot 10 Shi hao

Too many choices under one roof. Not any food but supposedly the best food in Malaysia consolidated πŸ™‚
Lot 10 food court

Ideal for families who have fussy eaters :p
Go ahead, the food quality here is above average, love the variety, and reasonable price.

Exploring KL requires a lot walking, we recommend tea time at Tous Les Jours.
Nevermind this cafe is French or Korea, it is a hip place place to be seen. We ordered some pastries, cheese cakes and chocolate cake.

From the second floor, you can enjoy your cappuccino while watching KL city in motion.

When we talk about Char Siew and Roast pork (叉燒,燒肉), Restoran Oversea (桷倖倩) always comes up.
This restaurant is famous in KL for wedding banquets.

Deep fried grouper is good.

But the Roast Pork and Char Siew are the signature dish, it is ordered on every table. No wonder you need to call in and reserve beforehand!

Looking at the caramelised skin makes one drool! The sweet roast pork skin will melt in your mouth πŸ™‚

Restoran Oversea is a short 10 minutes walk from monorail Bukit Bintang, walk past Parkroyal hotel. (GPS N03.14468, E101.71374). Prices are on the mid to high range.

Bukit Bintang area is famous for shopping and food. This is not the end of our KL trip, we need to go back again to find more KL good food!

  1. Hi Andy,

Looks like your family had a great time eating πŸ™‚

Having dinner in Oversea is definitely a must for us when in KL. My father-in-law will not eat anywhere else for a good chinese meal!
