From 16Mar to 30Jun 2013, the annual Community Games 2013 (CG2013) aim to “Bond Residents, Connect Communities”.
Organised by Peopleβs Association and Community Sports Clubs, a slew of games are waiting for your family and friends to participate. Registration is free.

The objectives of the CG are:
(a) Develop a strong and inclusive sporting culture with passion and enthusiasm from all walks of life; and
(b) Enhance social cohesion and community bonding, linking people through mass participation and involvement.

Daddy always believe that Sports is a useful platform to instill discipline, perseverance and determination to mold a child’s character. Together, a family can always enjoy some outdoor activities like cycling, jogging, blading or even swimming.
Family activities will make our family bond stronger, everyone becomes fitter, and we nurture a love for the great outdoors. Unfortunately, Daddy is not quite the sporty type of person. Since he completed his NS cycle, Daddy’s fitness level has fallen. We hope CG2013 will push Daddy to buck up π

** These games are now open for registration (Badminton, Basketball, Bowling, Dragonboat and Football), but do take note that team members must be from different Ages, Races and Estates, as the idea is to connect a diverse community.
