Laksa (叻沙), we can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If Thailand is famous for Tom Yam, Laksa will be Singaporean’s craving.
Singaporeans love it. The gravy, the noodle. The fragrance from coconut milk and laksa leaf. The prawns and cockles. Yummy.
The Chilli ! Add more to increase the potency, the Oomph !
Daddy suspects no one is disputing that Laksa is famous and popular in Singapore, the question is always “Which one is the original Katong Laksa :p ”
We were at 328 Katong Laksa yesterday.
